Possibly the WORST bill CA has ever seen, and that's saying something. Written by Red-Light Camera Operators, AB 666 (You can't make this up) would take away your right to a fair trial, and assume you are GUILTY unless you can prove otherwise to an "administrative hearing" run by the same people who issued the ticket, and profit from the penalty.
