Doug - When you interview city atty candidate mike feuer this morning ask him if his sponsorship of AB 109 has made LA residents more or less safe? is summers/northridge kidnapping an aberration or something we can expect to happen more frequently as persons with serious criminal records are pushed out of the incarceration system early....and with woefully inadequate post-release supervision.
